The Revolution

Shelby’s love for indoor cycling first began in high school, when she used the high intensity and low impact workout at her local gym to train for and help secure a spot on the Canadian Junior National Volleyball Team. Shortly after, she began teaching classes to help others achieve their fitness goals. Shelby was a Division I Volleyball player at UAlbany and holds multiple career and single season records for their program. She has both NCAA and NJCAA coaching experience and holds a Master’s degree in Eduction. When Shelby is not teaching high school English, or cuddling her two babies, she is training for and running marathons. Shelby is thrilled to be able to bring her love for fitness and athletics to The Rev. Whether your fitness goals are health or performance based, Shelby’s high energy rides will get you ready to take on any challenge.
