The Revolution


Erika has been a fitness instructor for over 15 years.  Starting as a certified kickboxing instructor, she immediately was inspired by people setting and achieving goals for themselves.  Watching people get stronger, mentally and physically, really became the motivation for Erika become certified as a group exercise instructor, group cycling instructor, and personal trainer.  Erika has instructed Cardio Conditioning classes, Body Sculpting classes, Tabata, Group Cycling, and even Step Aerobics.  She has also created and run several successful workout programs. The reward is in watching people reach their potential fitness goals.  Erika continues to be enthusiastic about health and fitness through the connections with clients. 

Erika also enjoys running and swimming having finished several races with distances ranging from 5k to marathon.  With aspirations of triathlons, Erika is excited to stretch her own personal goals again.  With a full understanding of how important it is to incorporate exercise into a healthy lifestyle, and balance that with family and work, Erika’s goal is to make the class fun and exciting.  Using a variety of popular music and fun choreography that everyone can enjoy and connect with, you'll be sure to enjoy the high energy class.  A great workout that will leave you wanting to come back.
