Nicole Holehan was reacquainted with spinning in April 2013 after having her second child. Nicole has encouraged people to lead healthy lives since the beginning of time (just ask her friends and family)! She has received a Bachelors Degree in Biology, a Masters Degree in School Health Education and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership. Nicole is also an adjunct professor at Sage Graduate School for Health Education Methods. Nicole has been teaching Health Education at Shenendehowa High School since 2007. In the past, she has played Division II soccer at the college level as well as coached girls soccer at the Varsity level. Nicole is currently certified in Group Exercise & Indoor Cycling through Fitour. Nicole has participated in several 5K races and enjoys kayaking, rollerblading, skiing, and playing indoor soccer. Nicole finds it imperative to serve as a positive role model for physical fitness both in and out of the classroom in addition to instilling it as a value in her young children.
She lives in Ballston Spa, NY with her husband and two children.
