As a lifetime dancer and avid runner, Michelle searched for the perfect combination of dripping sweat cardio and music to keep workouts exciting. She found exactly that in indoor cycling. Michelle quickly became hooked on The Revolution in 2013. She attended classes regularly, and began teaching in 2014. Once the lights are dimmed and the music is turned up, her love for high speed, high intensity training transitions straight into the studio.. Michelle graduated Siena College in 2012 and holds her B.S. in Chemistry. When you don’t catch her getting an extra fix at The Rev, she is in the lab at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, hiking one of the 46 High Peaks, or fitting in an extra nap! She loves to motivate and challenge people to pick up their (chase)pace! She's ready to push you out of your comfort zone!
